Executive Summary

Princeton Natural Gas, LLC is an oil and gas operator located in California. We are seeking private equity funding to drill a 6 to 9 well combination oil and gas program in the San Joaquin basin. Surrounding production indicates wells may have a potential to return greater than 7 times the investment with return of capital in as little as 6 months.

Char, Grayling: Two prospects to be drilled in prolific Kern County near Bakersfield (one hundred miles north of Los Angeles). This is a proven area surrounded by production with all infrastructures in place. Drilling prospects are seismically defined. The Char Prospect is a relatively low risk opportunity to encounter oil and gas bearing sands capable of high volume production rates. Veteran geologists and geophysicists agree that there is an excellent opportunity to find oil and gas as confirmed by high quality 3-D seismic. Reserves are estimated at 300,000 to 1 million barrels of oil and 500 MMCF of gas for one well. The wells will be drilled to the Stevens Sand at 12,000 feet in a highly prolific and mature drilling province. Kern County wells cost three million each into the pipeline on a turnkey basis. Contact Us.
